kids are serviced as young as age 1. if child does not sit for duration of style then appointment will be terminated and half to full price will be due.

You are allowed a 15min grace period anytime after that a style of less time must be chosen.

Celebrity Calls come in within  same day to 48hrs ahead of time. if changes are made you will receive an email of appointment change if that does not work then a refund will be applied
