Cancellation & Late Policy
Log In or refer to confirmation email to cancel or reschedule up to 48hrs before scheduled appointment & receive refund or credit. You have a wonderful 15-minute grace period to take advantage of! After that, you can select a faster style that fits your scheduled time slot

Celebrity Calls can be scheduled within the same day to 48 hours before I'm needed. Should there be any changes, you’ll receive a thrilling email with updates on your appointment or other options. If that doesn't fit your needs, don’t worry—a refund will be processed! And just a friendly reminder: give room in case of rescheduling.
